THE OPPORTUNITY (Multiple positions available)

Due to continued growth, we have multiple opportunities for a project based in Marsden Park, NSW, running through until mid-next year 2026, with additional projects expected to commence in the same area upon its completion.

We are currently seeking:

Riggers experienced in operating boom lifts up to 150ft

Forklift Operators skilled in handling and transporting heavy and bulky construction materials

Telehandler Operators minimum C2 licence

Standard working hours are 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Riggers:

Intermediate Rigging licence & EWP Over 11M (WP)

Experience operating 150ft Boom Lifts

Capable of working at heights

Background in steel structure assembly

Forklift Operators:

Experience handling and moving bulky and heavy construction materials

Forklift licence

Previous experience working on construction sites

Telehandler Operators (above 5T):

Minimum C2 licence required due to the size of the Telehandler

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Riggers

Safely rigging and directing loads using appropriate lifting equipment

Operating boom lifts up to 150ft

Assisting in the positioning and installation of structural components

Conducting pre-start equipment checks and ensuring all lifting gear is compliant

Working closely with crane operators, supervisors, and EWP operators on complex lifts

Forklift Operators

Handling materials up to 14 metres wide using 10-tonne forklifts

Moving and stacking materials from heights of 5 metres or more

Telehandler Operators

Operating telehandlers over 5 tonnes to erect steel frames and blocks

Supporting assembly and installation processes at height

Conducting daily pre-start inspections and reporting equipment faults
