About the Opportunity

As a Cardiothoracic ICU RN, you'll work within a busy intensive care environment providing high-level nursing care to post-op cardiac, ortho, and HDU patients. You'll work across ventilated and high-dependency cases, supporting central line, PICC line, and dialysis care.

Full-time permanent, part-time permanent (for the right candidate). The hospital is also preparing for a maternity leave cover later this year, providing additional longer-term opportunities. This is a clinical team known for its collaboration, mutual support, and professional excellence.

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Minimum 2 years of ICU or Cardiothoracic Ward experience
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Ventilation experience
• Central line and PICC line competency
• Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
• Excellent teamwork and clinical communication skills

Desirable

• Dialysis experience
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical or Intensive Care Nursing
• Ortho or HDU exposure
