Warehouse Administrator – Temporary to permanent
Location: Wetherill Park | $70,000 + Super | On-Site Role Only

Our client is a small, close-knit logistics business looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent full-time basis. If you’re organised, hands-on, and enjoy working in a supportive environment where everyone chips in, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Details:

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
• On-site only – no work from home option
• Salary: $70,000 + Super
• Temporary to permanent with long-term job security

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Allocating truck drivers to daily jobs
• Collecting and managing run sheets
• Updating internal systems to track job progress
• Providing general admin support to keep operations running smoothly
• Working side-by-side with a tight-knit team – from drivers to management, we all support each other

We are looking for an organised and dependable individual who takes initiative, has good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience is mandatory, as well as full Australian working rights and your own reliable vehicle.
