As the Director of Nursing, you will lead the strategic, operational, and clinical direction of the aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

In this role, you will be supported by a Nurse Unit Manager and a Clinical Nurse Educator, and will report directly to the Group Director of Nursing and Midwifery. You will also work in close collaboration with senior leaders across the region and the wider health service to achieve key organisational and community care objectives.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor of Nursing

Current registration with AHPRA

Experience in a Management postion

Previous experience in a similar setting

Right to work in Australia
