About the Role
South West Drainage Co is a locally owned and operated drainage business servicing the South West region. We specialise in residential stormwater, septic, and sewer work, working closely with builders and contractors across a wide range of sites.

We are currently seeking a full-time Trades Assistant/Labourer to support our team. This role involves physically demanding outdoor work and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of stormwater, septic, and sewer systems

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members

Perform general labouring duties as required

About You

Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work

Able to work effectively as part of a small team

Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments

Willing to learn and take direction

Holds a valid C class driver’s licence (or is close to obtaining one)

Has reliable transport to and from work

No prior experience in drainage is required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and work ethic, all necessary training will be provided, with opportunities to gain HR licences and machinery tickets over time.
