JS Careers is currently recruiting for an experienced IT Auditor who will play a key role in the provision of assurance over the risk management framework and IT control procedures that are in place across the business. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the provision of assurance services to complex financial services businesses. Suitable applicants will have a background in IT Audit from a big 4 consulting firm, or banking environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide independent reviews, advice and evaluations that will aid management in exercising its responsibility to maintain, monitor and improve the IT control framework.

Build and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor.

Deliver and effectively manage the performance of audits by having audits closed out on time and within budget.

Prepare and issue quality audit reports on time and in line with audit reporting principles.

Excel in customer service and encourage teamwork by being an active team member and demonstrate collaboration with team, customers and other risk functions.

Suitable candidates will possess:

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Finance, Economics etc).

Professional qualification (eg CISSP, MSCE, CIA, CISA, ITIL etc).

4+ years experience in IT Audit, covering the implementation of controls, risk assessments and/or assurance engagements.

Strong stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
