About the role

Doggie Adventure Playhouse, strives to be the leader in high-end premium dog play-care services. We are seeking a dynamic Play Leader to join our team. We aim to be the best, so need the best.

As a permanent position, this role requires a dynamic individual who loves dogs with a genuine passion for learning about dog emotional wellbeing in a highly structured environment.

What you'll be doing

Implement the daily schedule that provides mental, physical and social enrichment for Adventure dogs using the supplied equipment, treats and toys

Maintain safe, supervised and secure environment for adventure dogs in group play

Clean and maintain sanitation of all facilities

Assist in developing content for Social Media and pawrent communication

What we're looking for

Previous experience in similar environments would be beneficial

A positive team member that thrives in a fast-paced environment

A team member who connects with and can communicate effectively with dogs as equals, in emotional intelligence and needs

Has the ability to follow our strict policies and procedures

This is a highly physical job you need to have sufficient physical fitness to meet the manual requirements of the job. This involves being on your feet, cleaning, multi-tasking and completing tasks quickly.

Rostered hours (8 hours max per day) will be a consistent schedule but can fall anywhere 6:15am-6:15pm Monday to Friday. This is non-negotiable
