We are seeking qualified Educators at our Long Day Care Centre in Malvern East. Catering to 120 children per day, our double-story Centre provides ample opportunity for Educators to thrive regardless of their level of skill or knowledge. We understand that some Educators prefer to work with a particular age group. That is why we are very flexible and can accommodate preferences, so long as the candidate is flexible with their working hours and has a strong teamwork mentality. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have experience working with diverse age groups and are capable of working autonomously to support the implementation of a high-quality Educational program for children. The role requires a sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, the National Quality Standards, and the ability to work collaboratively.

1. An Early Childhood qualification (Diploma, University Degree)

2. A Working with Children Check

3. A Senior First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma Certification

4. A driver's Licence, or the ability to navigate public transport

5. Australian Residency or sponsorship capacity

6. Child Protection Certification and an understanding of their Mandatory Reporting Responsibilities

7. Have experience developing and implementing high-quality educational programs

8. The ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
