About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenters across various locations around Perth, WA. These are long-term projects and will be mainly hi-rise buildings. Must have decking experience.

What you'll be doing

Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications to build and install formwork for concrete structures

Measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork components using power tools and hand tools

Ensuring formwork is structurally sound, level, and meets safety standards

Stripping and dismantling formwork after concrete has set

Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order

Collaborating with the construction team to deliver high-quality results

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry.

Min 2 solid references.

Strong understanding of formwork design, installation, and removal

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and documents

Skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools required for formwork construction

Ability to work safely and follow all relevant health and safety procedures

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

What we offer

Rate $55-$60 per hour dependent on experience.
