A leading FMCG organisation is seeking an immediately available Stock Coordinator for a temporary role that has the potential to convert to permanent. This position is 5 days onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product ordering and ensure timely procurement of goods
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and handle ongoing communications
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers as needed
• Create and maintain purchase order templates for supplier use
• Raise and confirm purchase orders in line with business requirements
• Submit and follow up on RTS (return to supplier) and credit claims
• Ensure product pricing is current and accurately reflected in systems
• Monitor and follow up on supplier deliveries to ensure timely arrival
• Prepare and complete production sheets for internal tracking
• Oversee stocktakes and manage inventory levels to meet demand
• Administer and update data in the inventory system
• Support the team with various ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Your profile:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in excel
• Experience with inventory / Stock control
