About the Role:

Join our Western Australian team as a Carpenter, on an upcoming project a few hours out of Perth. This is a DIDO role, Monday to Friday - 11 hour days with occasional Saturdays. Accommodation and meals will be provided. The ideal person will have at least 5 years post trade experience, in a variety of commercial or residential projects.

There is potential for ongoing work across multiple projects for the right person. The ideal candidate will work well in multi-disciplinary teams, is adaptable and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be performing a wide variety of tasks, which may include:

Installation of prefabricated structures and fixtures such as windows, doors , walls, ceilings and floors.

Build and install new cabinetry, flooring, and commercial kitchen fixtures to project specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately to fit project requirements.

Coordinate with a range of different trades, including electricians, plumbers, trade assistant and operators - excellent communication skills are a must.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in preferably in commercial projects.

Trade qualification in Carpentry

Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)

Other tickets and qualifications would be higher advantageous such as:

HRWL Forklift

HR/MR Drivers Licence
