Southcity Pharmacy is an award winning Guild Pharmacy of the Year. At Southcity Pharmacy, we believe in providing our customers and the wider community with the best possible health and well-being service. Southcity Pharmacy is located in Wagga Wagga, south-west NSW. Wagga is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Canberra and numerous flights less than an hour duration operate to Sydney and Melbourne daily. We are open 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Southcity has recently undergone a full renovation with 3 new consult rooms. We are a professional service pharmacy, anticipating the needs of the community and local medical providers. With full scope of practice becoming a reality in 2026, we will look to support our workforce to ensure patients receive professional treatment in a timely manner. Current services include in-store health checks and vaccinations; a compounding laboratory; healthy frozen meals; NDIS; specialist trained Diabetes educator; sleep apnoea services in collaboration with the local respiratory center; specialist medical braces and more.

Southcity Pharmacy also owns Uranquinty Pharmacy which is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Here we have an automated DAA (dosage administration aid) room with JVM robots. A successful applicant may split or spend some time here if they’re interested in DAA automation.

We are looking for a registered pharmacist to uphold these values and be part of our committed and friendly team. This position is for 28 - 38 hours, and is open to candidates seeking less hours or part time and flexible work as the required role may be shared. Higher remuneration is available for those working on weekends & those with certificates contributing to professional services.

We are seeking a pharmacist who has the ability to lead teams, vaccinate and manage departments such as DAA’s within the store. Newly registered, or soon to be registered pharmacists are welcome to apply and pathways will be given for you to reach top pay brackets. The successful applicant will work in a team of 9 pharmacists to collaborate with and continue their learning. The successful applicant will also be provided training on all our services in an environment conducive to learning.
