$30–35/hr base + casual loading ($40-45/hr contractor) | 2-3 days per week

Maya Sanctuary is an eco retreat and queer-affirming workplace in the Blue Mountains. We care deeply about the land, our guests, and working well together.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our small team. The role involves cleaning and resetting guest cabins and a shared guesthouse. Flexible casual or part-time hours (mostly weekday day shifts, with some weekend options).

You’ll need:
✅ Experience in cleaning or hospitality
✅ Own car and licence
✅ Good communicator
✅ Self-directed and thorough
✅ ABN if applying as a contractor
