Speak & Develop Speech Pathology is a Paediatric Private Practice located in Sydney’s North Shore. With the completion of our stunning new clinic, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join the team! We are looking for a Part-Time employee to start in August and we have an opportunity for a new graduate Speech Pathologist to join the team in January 2026. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an incredible and supportive team, and develop your skills in our new clinic located in Willoughby!
We are offering flexibility in the hours and days you choose to work to best suit your schedule. We also want to support you in controlling your own caseload to make it as manageable as possible. The candidate will receive a competitive rate of pay with the opportunity of quarterly bonuses.

We provide comprehensive speech, language and literacy assessments, as well as ongoing therapy services. Role Description
You will receive ongoing professional development (in-house and external), including a generous PD allowance, 1:1 supervision and regular team meetings. There will be opportunities for career progression including clinical education and senior roles. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Work with children aged 0 - 17 years old in a clinic setting.
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and literacy assessments.
Analyse and interpret assessment results to devise functional client centered goals.
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy.
Work closely with families and other healthcare professionals, including Paediatricians, Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists.
Demonstrate good time management skills and be able to manage a caseload.
Educate families on techniques to support speech, language and literacy development at home.
Maintain up-to-date client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and practices through continuous professional development.
Some mobile appointments may also possible with the high demand for home and school visits within the area.
Qualifications and Requirements
Relevant qualifications as a Speech Pathologist (Bachelors degree or higher).
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current Police Check.
12-24 months experience in a similar role is preferred for PT role.
Positive, fun and enthusiastic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
New graduates encouraged to apply for full-time role starting in Jan 2026.
