About the role:

Our workshop campus in Southport is looking for new Wall and Floor Tiling trainer who can pass on their knowledge and experience. We are seeking someone to join our team in an ongoing role that allows plenty of time for you to still work in the industry and train others at the same time.

What we need from you:

Hands-on experience: Years of tiling know-how.

A teaching qualification: A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit TAEASS502 unit, or a higher-level adult education qualification.

Good communication skills: The ability to explain things clearly.

A positive attitude: A can-do spirit.

Teaching people the skills of wall and floor tiling

Assessing students' skills

Helping to create and update training materials

Mentoring and supporting students

Staying up-to-date with industry trends
