Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services (MMFS) is a proudly WA-owned and operated business delivering mining solutions across equipment maintenance, repairs, and FIFO labour hire.

We’re currently seeking experienced and Rio Tinto inducted All Round Operators for civil bulk earthworks and rehabilitation works on a long-term project.

What’s on Offer

• 2:1 FIFO Roster ex Perth
• Day shift only – 12-hour days
• Flat Rate: $55.75 – $65/hr (depending on role & experience)
• Weekly pay – stable and reliable
• 84-hour work weeks paid breaks
• Super paid on all hours worked
• Immediate Start

• All Round Operators
• Water Cart Operators
• Moxy Operators
• Roller Operators
• Dozer Operators

What We’re Looking For

• RTIO Inducted candidates
• RIIMPO Tickets – Watercart, Moxy, Roller, Grader, Dozer, Digger, Loader
• Proven experience operating CAT Dozers (D8), Graders (140M), Moxy's (HM400), Diggers (PC300, PC450), and Loaders (WA500)
• Minimum 2 years’ civil operating experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
