About the Role
Action Workforce is hiring experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join the team at DHL’s Brisbane Airport Warehouse. This is a Monday–Friday role with full-time hours, consistent shifts, and a path to secure long-term employment.
What You’ll Do
Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Pick and move stock using RF scanners
Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness
Meet daily productivity/KPI targets
Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We’re Looking For
Valid LF forklift licence
Minimum 1 year of High Reach experience
RF scanner and warehouse experience
Reliable transport and availability Monday–Friday
Can-do attitude and strong safety focus
Ability to pass a police check
