About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods using both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in a food-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and move stock

Perform putaways, replenishment, and pallet movements within racking systems

Load and unload trucks, ensuring correct documentation and stock accuracy

Use RF scanners to manage inventory and track stock

Manual handling and off-forklift warehouse duties as required

Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety protocols

Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Valid LF Forklift Licence
✅ Proven experience using both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
✅ Experience in a food or FMCG warehouse environment preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and safe operating practices
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active role
✅ Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if required
