POSITION VACANT!

Ditto Dancewear are currently seeking a mature, reliable and enthusiastic Store Manager for our Chermside West store. The candidate will preferably have retail management experience and a strong dance background. This is a permanent position working on Monday - Friday during our store opening hours 9am-5pm.

Requirements:

* Exceptional customer service skills and strong sales acumen

* Effective time management and organisational skills

* Ability to take initiative, and be proactive with ideas to enhance brand awareness and sales

* Experience in Classical Ballet (up to and including Pointe) essential & training in other styles of dance desired

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all store operations Monday-Friday

* Opening/closing of the store and responsibility for cash/till

* Some computer based recording - data entry and administrative jobs

*Ordering and inventory management of stock

* Merchandising skills and addressing customers concerns
