What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
At DANS In Home Care, we are passionate about delivering personalised, person-centered care that truly enriches the lives of our clients. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to maintain their independence, exercise choice and control, and live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Personal Care – Supporting clients with personal hygiene needs such as toileting, bathing, showering, grooming, and oral hygiene.

Meal Preparation – Assisting with cooking, meal planning, and food preparation tailored to client preferences and needs.

Transport Assistance – Providing or arranging transport for medical appointments, shopping, social outings, and other essential activities.

Social Support – Conducting welfare checks, offering companionship, encouraging social engagement, and helping clients stay connected with their community.

Domestic Assistance – Helping with tasks such as vacuuming, laundry, dishwashing, general cleaning, making beds, light gardening, and home maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:
At DANS In Home Care, we value compassion, reliability, and respect. We’re seeking individuals who are dedicated to supporting others and committed to upholding our values in every interaction. You are someone who wants to make a positive impact every day and help clients achieve their individual goals.

You’ll ideally bring:

A current driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle

A current First Aid and CPR certificate

A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Basic tech skills and confidence using smartphones or digital apps
