About the role

Brio Joinery is seeking an experienced Joiner to join our team in Prestons, NSW. As an Experienced Joiner, you will be responsible for the skilled crafting and assembly of high-quality joinery products. This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to develop your cabinet-making skills within a thriving local business.

What you'll be doing

Interpret design specifications and technical drawings to inform the creation of custom joinery products

Operate a range of machinery and tools for example CNC, edgebander and panel saw to cut, shape, and assemble wooden components with precision

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet tight deadlines and maintain efficient workflows

Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Joiner.

Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Knowledge of various woodworking tools, machines.
