HIRING NOW: Experienced High Reach Forklift Operators & LO Operators

We are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators and LO Operators to join our team across two warehouse locations:

Tullamarine - Power Tool Warehouse

🕒 Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (shift times may vary)

💰 Pay Rate: $39.20 per hour

📍 Location: Tullamarine VIC

✅ Overtime available during peak periods

Truganina - Pharmaceutical Warehouse

🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4-day roster - Thursday and Friday mandatory, other days TBC)

💰 Pay Rate: $40.26 per hour

📍 Location: Truganina VIC

✅ Overtime available during peak periods

Key Responsibilities:

High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operation

RF Scanning

LO Order Picking

Operating a tugger

Loading/unloading trucks and containers

Picking, putaways, and freight allocation

Receiving and stock replenishment

Manual handling and general warehouse duties

To be successful, you will have:

Valid LF Licence with proven High Reach/Counterbalance experience

LO Licence (essential) with experience

Voice picking and RF scanning experience (mandatory)

Excellent manual handling skills

Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Own transport and current driver's licence

Must be reliable and able to commit to ongoing work

Australian Residency - Must have full working rights (no visa restrictions)

Ability to pass a police check
