Our client, a leading Australian Distribution Centre in Truganina, is on the hunt for skilled Voice Pickers and Tugger Operators to join their dynamic team on an ongoing casual basis. Pay Rate: $35 per hour – Get paid well for your expertise!

Shift Options:

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5:00 AM start when required)

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (12:00 AM finish when required)

Your Role:

Master the voice picking system while riding an electric ride-on tugger

Pick and stage items from their designated locations with precision

Shrink-wrap products and ensure everything stays in top shape

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone

What You’ll Need:

At least 6 months’ experience as a voice picker

Proven skills operating an electric ride-on tugger (6+ months)

Physically fit to safely lift up to 20 kg

Reliability and flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, with opportunities for overtime

A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude

Full-time working rights (Australian citizenship or valid visa)

A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
