We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive performance through leadership, efficiency, and exceptional customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

Determines product mix, stock levels and service standards

Formulates and implements purchasing and marketing policies, and sets prices

Promotes and advertises the establishment's goods and services

Sells goods and services to customers and advises them on product use

Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions

Undertakes budgeting for the establishment

Controls selection, training and supervision of staff

Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail management or supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs

Sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and customer service

Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Contract Details

12-month full-time contract

Possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position based on performance
