Theatre Orderly

We are looking for self-driven, diligent, and are able to follow instructions candidates to fulfill a Theatre Orderly casual role, for our client who is based in Mandurrah and Peel area.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting the daily Surgical teams by supporting patient transfer and positioning, preparing theatres, and maintaining a safe and cleanliness environment for patients and/ or team members

Keeping the operating room sterile, disposing of waste, and maintaining the workspace neat by adhering to standard protocols and any additional precautions

Properly handling waste and soiled linen

Cleaning of the theater terminal

Essential criteria:

Holds a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance /Aged Care

Has strong communications and interpersonal skills, with excellent time management abilities

Posses a patient-centered approach, a dedication attitude to help patients and follow directions and work effectively under pressure

Experience in a healthcare environment, particularly within an operating theatre setting, is highly desirable

Requirements

Must be on call, available work varied from Mon - Sun

Working with children

Driver’s License for filing system purpose
