We are a boutique financial services firm based in the Sydney CBD, providing high-quality financial advice.

Our business has had strong growth, and we are looking to bring on a career Paraplanner. This is a great opportunity to work closely with two experienced financial planners across a diverse client base.

As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our advisers in delivering quality financial advice. You’ll assist with strategy development, preparation of advice documents (SOAs/ROAs), research, and client file maintenance. You’ll also have direct client contact, helping to clarify information and provide support throughout the advice process.

Key Responsibilities

· Review SOAs, ROAs, and strategy papers

· Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and clarify details

· Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with advice processes

· Work closely with advisers and the administration team to deliver seamless service

· Supervise our support team

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a paraplanning or advice support role

• Strong understanding of financial planning strategies and products (super, insurance, investments)

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in client engagement

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite & Macquarie DPM

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team
