About the role

Are you trade qualified? Either as a Fitter or Industrial Electrician?

We are looking for a reliability technician to develop the Preventative Maintenance Strategy for the Warwick Site. The role will involve developing a PM strategy for the Site and implementing it both personally and with Sub-Contractors. Must be mechanically minded and able to systematically work through problems.

This role will allow for complete ownership of the Site's maintenance and CAPEX programs.

Increase our up-time and continuously improve the Sites capabilities every week.

Some Key Responsibilities include.

Developing a Preventative Maintenace Strategy and all PMs

Hands on working with the team to manage breakdowns and build corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.

Understand and implement best practice strategies for reliability

Seek technological advancements for the Site and be able to articulate the benefit to key decision makers

About you

Trade Qualified Fitter or Industrial Electrician

Have good communication skills

Be able to work in a team environment to meet targets

Conscientious, reliable, energetic with a positive “can do” attitude

Great problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and work with contractors
