As a Registered Nurse - Anaesthetics your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver safe, researched-based standards of perioperative nursing care
• Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice
• Supervise, direct and support nursing team members
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
• Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care

Essential Criteria:

• Authority to Work in Australia
• Current unconditional Registration with AHPRA
• 2+ years relevant post registration experience in Anaesthetics
• Availability to work Monday to Friday with flexibility on start/finish times
• Working with Children check
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Works independently and within a team
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional computer skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Post-graduate qualification in Anaesthetics or working towards

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024, a salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.79 per hour.
