About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, hardworking individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sign Installer and Manufacturer. This is a varied role that combines workshop production with on-site installation, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and produce a range of real estate and general signage (painting, building, repairing)

Laminate, mount, and install signage with a high level of finish

Operate and maintain power tools and finishing equipment

Install and remove real estate signboards at various locations

Liaise with real estate agencies regarding sign placement and any issues

Track stock levels and coordinate with print staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Assist with general ad hoc tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability

Comfortable working with tools and outdoors

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in signage or installation is a bonus, but not essential
