About the Role In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing full component rebuilds, including transmissions, engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Stripping, diagnosing, and reassembling components such as wheel ends, rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and other small components.
• Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven mechanical fitting experience, with a focus on transmission, engine, and component rebuilds.
• A solid understanding of hydraulic systems and component maintenance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Relevant trade qualification or extensive equivalent experience.
