We're currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high-profile RPO and MSP account based in Melbourne. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start. You'll work across two Melbourne sites (parking provided), so access to your own vehicle is essential.

In this role, you'll manage both temporary and permanent recruitment across a diverse portfolio including warehousing, blue collar, engineering, product planning, select corporate functions, and early careers programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and placement to post-placement care
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team to design effective attraction strategies
  • Maintain feedback loops with hiring managers and sourcing specialists
  • Build strategic talent pools aligned with client workforce plans
  • Use a variety of attraction methods including tech platforms, job boards, and networks
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including interviews, testing, and reference checks
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, temps, and contractors through regular engagement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Confident at building partnerships and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills and the tact to manage complex situations
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously in a dynamic work environment
  • Able to utilise your critical thinking and influencing skills to work with stakeholders to consider solutions
  • Passionate about delivering service excellence and proactively partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future requirements.
