THE ROLE

As a Registered Surveyor (Land), you will play a key role in Cadastral / Construction surveying to our business.

DUTIES

1. Conduct field surveys to measure and map land features, boundaries, and structures.
2. Operate and maintain survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
3. Assist in analyzing survey data and preparing detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
4. Interpret and DP, Land Titles and 88B instruments
5. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to support design and construction projects.
6. Perform calculations related to land surveying, including elevation, distance, and angles.
7. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey data.
9. Assist with CAD drafting and GIS mapping as required.
10. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while working in the field.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or Tafe equivalent
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Licensed Surveyor) and professional memberships (e.g., SSSI) are a must
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
