Nu Style Shutters is a leading home improvement company based in Perth, specialising in Roller Shutters and Outdoor Blinds. Since 2009, we’ve installed over 80,000 units, with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

We are currently seeking experienced subcontracted installers and tradesmen to join our fast-growing and highly experienced team.

This is a rare opportunity to work with one of Perth’s most successful home improvement businesses, backed by an efficient in-house manufacturing team and reliable scheduling support.

About the Role

High-volume work available, especially during the pre-Christmas surge

Install products independently to a high standard

Design, fabricate on-site and modify angles, brackets, posts, or trims as needed

Accurately complete paperwork including check measures

Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain satisfaction levels

Liaise with electrical contractors for powered component installs

Follow job procedures to ensure timely progress

Manage job payments and produce daily invoices/job returns

Communicate clearly with our Service & Installation office team

Ability to lead and instruct helpers or apprentices if required

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a similar installation role (e.g., shutters, blinds, window furnishings)

Current Police Clearance

Valid White Card

Public Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation

ABN and business/company structure

Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and self-motivation
