We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join us and work with our team of 25 clinicians who are passionate about enabling the Central Coast and Newcastle Community. The role will suit a high-performing and motivated Physiotherapist who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career.

The aged care sector in Australia will continue to be a growth area with the federal governments implementation of the Support at home program.

The Role

The hours required for this role are completely negotiable - anywhere from 15 hours to 37.5 hours a week is fine for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to fulltime employment)

● You will manage a Community Physiotherapy caseload, providing home visits across the Central Coast local government area.

● You will care for a mix of older adults and people with disabilities and provide patient centred care to assist your clients to live independently in their own home.

● Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience

● Your level of experience will determine your salary package, annual salary will range from $70,000 to $90,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on your qualifications)

● You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal 1:1 clinic mentoring, world class external paid mentors the clinic engages.

● We have a highly skilled admin team to assist you at all levels of your role.

Newcastle Region:

One hours drive north of Sydney, the Central Coast region boasts stunning coastlines, beautiful beaches, and national parks. With a population of 300,000, it offers all the amenities and cultural events of a large city without the traffic and high cost of living.
