About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Horizontal Directional Driller (HDD) to join our team for upcoming Western Power and Water Corporation projects across Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional, safety-focused crew on essential infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate horizontal directional drilling equipment for utility installation

Interpret plans, drawings, and utility locations

Work safely around existing underground services

Complete daily job reports and maintain drill logs

Collaborate with site supervisors, locators, and other team members

Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience operating HDD rigs (Vermeer or Ditch Witch preferred)

Relevant tickets and certifications (HR license, White Card, etc.)

Knowledge of utility installation procedures

Ability to read and understand utility plans

Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship

Western Power and/or Water Corp experience highly regarded

Availability for regional work and flexible hours when required
