We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Manager to join our bakery in NSW. As a Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision while playing a hands-on role.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service, resolving customer complaints while complying with company policy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets while motivating your team to do the same.

Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.

Create staff schedules, fill staff shortages, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient store operations.

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain proper stock levels of bakery products and other retail items while ensuring proper stock rotation at all times.

Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with company policies, cleanliness standards, and product quality.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth coordination between production and retail operations.

Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and other relevant data.

Food Safety Supervisor certificate preferred or willing to obtain prior to start date

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Shop Manager with similar experience in a food industry with a fast pace.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility in working hours, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Proficient computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and online wholesale ordering.

MUST be an Australian resident and available for a face to face interview

MUST be available for 12 months minimum

MUST have reliable transportation to travel to either Lavington or Albury stores (depending on which store you will be applying for)

MUST have Barista experience and make an excellent cup every time (latte art not required)
