We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, compassionate Cleaners to provide essential home support services to our NDIS participants.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys flexible hours, and is passionate about helping others live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for delivering respectful, high-quality cleaning services in participant homes across the Adelaide metropolitan area, helping to create clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

What you’ll be doing:

Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitising)

Respecting and following individual participant preferences and routines

Supporting overall wellbeing by maintaining hygienic home environments

Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in every home you enter

Communicating any issues or changes in condition to the YCM team

Following NDIS and WHS policies to ensure a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

We are after someone with:

Previous domestic, hotel, or disability-related cleaning experience

Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a thorough job

Friendly and respectful communication skills

Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

You’ll also need:

A current National Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid & CPR (preferred)

Your own reliable vehicle, valid Australian Driver’s Licence, registration, and insurance
