About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Waiters/ Waitress to join our vibrant team at the UNICORN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT BROADBEACH and Unicorn Cafe in Broadbeach, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

performing your duties as a section waiter/ waitress allocated by manager.

Providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring a memorable dining experience

Taking food and beverage orders, delivering menu items accurately and promptly

taking payments/ billing

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Assisting with other restaurant duties as required, such as setting up and closing the venue

What we're looking for

Applicants with previous experience as a section wait staff will be contacted only.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Solid knowledge of food and beverage preparation

sound knowledge of wines will be preference

A friendly, energetic and hardworking attitude, with a commitment to teamwork

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain one
