✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems

Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques (grinding, shot blasting, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret job specifications and safety procedures

High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team

White Card (Construction Induction) required

Driver’s license and reliable transport essential

💼 Responsibilities:

Prepare and apply epoxy coatings according to project requirements

Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively

Maintain clean and safe work environments

Work with project managers to ensure timely and successful job completion
