Utility Arborist – Local / FIFO & DIDO Roles | Essential Services Work

PWB Vegetation Management is currently recruiting experienced Utility Arborists to join our expanding operations across regional and remote Australia. These roles are FIFO or DIDO based and involve essential vegetation management services around live powerlines.

About the Role

Working as part of a professional and safety-focused crew, you'll be responsible for line clearance and vegetation maintenance around electrical infrastructure in accordance with regulated utility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform tree trimming and vegetation clearing near live electrical assets.

Operate equipment such as chainsaws, EWPs, and chippers in field environments.

Follow all safety protocols, complete risk assessments and daily pre-starts.

Work within set schedules to meet client and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control (required)

White Card, First Aid/CPR, and chainsaw competency tickets.

Network Authorisation or willingness to obtain).

MR or HR truck licence (highly regarded).

Proven experience working around powerlines.

Flexibility for FIFO/DIDO rosters and remote field work.
