Storeperson – Picker and Packer (Coolroom)

We’re currently looking for a Coolroom Picker and Packer to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, and because we work with refrigerated, ready-to-eat products, strict adherence to food safety and packing standards is essential.

What you'll be doing:

Accurately hand-picking and packing finished product to strict guidelines

Coordinating product movement from production to cold storage and dispatch

Stock rotation and inventory control

Completing daily stocktakes and basic documentation

Manual handling and cold-room work

What we're looking for:

Availability for at least 30 hours/week (Monday to Friday)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing and hygiene protocols

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willing to assist in other areas when needed

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
