Role: Warehouse Storeperson

Our client is an industry-leading Australian business that pride themselves on providing high-quality products and services across South East Queensland. They are seeking experienced storepeople to join their warehousing team in Burpengary and Pinkenba.

The Role:

• Picking, packing and palletising orders
• RF scanning
• Forklift operation
• Wrapping and stacking pallets
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Manual handling and lifting up to 20kgs
• Adhering to safety, health & environment policies and procedures
• General housekeeping and warehousing duties
• Basic use of computer navigation systems

Essential to the Role:

• Have full Australian working rights, unsuitable for Working Holiday/Student Visas
• Current Australian Forklift License (required)
• Be reliable and physically fit in general
• A strong commitment to safety
• Excellent attendance and employment record
• Well-presented and a positive work ethic
• Possess a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Experience in the steel or timber industry will be highly regarded
