Field Service Role – Mobile Plant & Crane Repairs

MAS Field Service Division Pty Ltd is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Heavy Diesel Fitter / Crane Technician and Auto Electrician to join our field service team across Western Australia. Servicing major clients in the mining, construction, and crane industries, we offer flexible rosters, a strong safety culture, and long-term career opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform diagnostics, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance on cranes and heavy mobile equipment

Work across various field locations (with workshop support when required)

Liaise with dispatch and clients to ensure timely service

Complete service reports and maintain accurate records

Adhere to site and company safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Auto Electrician and Crane Technician.

Experience with crane systems and mobile plant equipment (Tadano, Liebherr, Terex, Grove, Komatsu, Hitachi, Cat etc.)

Valid Driver’s Licence (HR or higher highly regarded)

High Risk Licence (CN, DG, LF, etc.) desirable

Air con ticket

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Able to pass pre-employment medicals and D&A testing
