The Opportunity
As a Community Occupational Therapist, you'll work autonomously across the Darling Downs region, delivering client-focused care and achieving meaningful outcomes in the home and community setting.
We are now open to candidates available 4-5 days per week.
What You'll be Doing
- Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home OT services.
- Provide holistic support to HCP and STRC clients.
- Undertake mobile assessments, care planning, and goal setting.
- Combine clinical expertise with care management where applicable.
- Connect clients with relevant services and supports.
- Manage your workload including travel, documentation, and scheduling-with full admin and rostering support.
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Passionate about working with older people and making a difference.
- Strong communicator with excellent organisation skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and client management systems.
- Holds a current, unrestricted driver's license.
