Sale Mazda & Mitsubishi, part of Wellington Motor Group, is looking for a motivated and personable Cadet Car Salesperson to join our expanding team in Sale, Victoria.

We’re also excited to announce our newly renovated facility is near completion, providing a modern and upgraded workplace that enhances the customer and staff experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Learning to sell both new and used vehicles from enquiry through to delivery

Helping customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle

Assisting experienced sales staff and learning through real-world experience

Building product knowledge across Mazda, Mitsubishi, and used car inventory

Developing customer service and communication skills

Understanding dealership systems, CRM tools, and stock control

What we’re looking for:

A genuine interest in the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Motivation to succeed and contribute to a team environment

A current Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred but not essential)

No prior car sales experience required – full training provided
