Our client is a privately owned contractor with a strong reputation across Victoria and they are growing. Their delivery team handles a wide range of structural, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, with a focus on high-impact, technically challenging work that needs tight coordination and practical leadership.

The Role

You’ll manage 3 to 6 active projects across metro Melbourne at any given time. These are short to mid-cycle projects, typically ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months.

These jobs move fast and require a clear head, good judgment, and someone who can keep things running smoothly without constant oversight.

In this role, you’ll:

Lead full project delivery: permits, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors

Oversee day-to-day site activity, safety, and project milestones

Solve problems on the ground and keep communication flowing between clients and crews

Track budgets, scope changes, and reporting with the support of a CA and broader delivery team

Be based in West Melbourne, with regular travel to metro job sites

About You

You’ve come from a site-based background- perhaps as a carpenter, foreman, or PM and you’re comfortable running your own show.
