About The Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Maryborough on the Fraser Coast. You will work both in the field and workshop, delivering hands-on mechanical services to clients across sectors such as civil, transport, agriculture and earthmoving.

Reporting to the local manager, your responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing custom hose assemblies

General warehouse and inventory support

Hydraulic hose fitting, removal and installation

Engaging with customers for on-site diagnostics and repairs

Participating in after-hours callouts on a rotating paid roster

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience as a hose technician, mechanical fitter, diesel mechanic or similar

Experience in the hydraulic hose industry preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability

Ability to work independently and own your work

Full manual driver’s licence (MR/HR a bonus)

Please note: This role is not an entry-level training opportunity. We are seeking experienced individuals with hands-on hose fitting skills. Hydraulic knowledge is a strong advantage.
