The Role

We are seeking a caring and capable OSHC Lead Educator to join our team in a part-time capacity, commencing Term 3 2025.

In this role, you will:

Lead and support the delivery of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs

Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children that aligns with Steiner philosophy

Support the OSHC Coordinator and lead the service in their absence, managing operations, staffing, and compliance

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Contribute to a safe, organised, and joyful service experience for all children

What You Bring

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

A sound understanding of, or willingness to engage with, Steiner education

Experience working in an OSHC or early childhood setting

A nurturing, proactive, and inclusive leadership style

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
