About the role
We have an opportunity for a permanent full time Room Leader at our beautiful Banksia Grove Early Learning Centre.
Take that next step in your career and support children’s learning and development as a Room Leader. In this role you’ll plan and implement fun and interactive programs that will spark a child’s imagination while ensuring the smooth-running operation of routines and curriculums, giving them a nurturing environment where they can learn and grow.
About you
You’ll be passionate about being a part of children’s learning and development. You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and develop your leadership skills.
- AQF Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Prior Room Leader experience is not essential!
- Experience in developing and implementing programs
- A passion for supporting children to learn and grow
- Working with Children Check
- Provide First Aid (HTLAID012) and CPR
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
