Join our team at Fletcher International Exports, where your plumbing skills will be challenged and developed in a busy industrial environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering diverse and interesting work for an experienced, qualified plumber.

About the Role

You will carry out a variety of plumbing tasks, often under pressure, while meeting strict maintenance deadlines. Your work will include:

Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and materials needed

Installing hot and cold water systems and associated equipment

Installing water-based fire protection systems (hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers)

Designing and installing sanitary plumbing, water supply systems, discharge pipes, and fixtures

Fabricating and installing soil and waste stacks

Assembling and installing mechanical services plant, air handling and conditioning systems, and small bore heating systems

Installing sewerage and effluent pumping equipment and disposal systems

Installing below-ground drainage systems and associated support systems

Installing gas appliances, flues, and pressure regulating devices

Fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods, and flashings

Contributing to new construction work

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience

Formal qualification – AQF Certificate IV (or equivalent)

Industrial plumbing experience

Trade licence (plumbing)
